Introduce of E core

E cores are made according to the listed rated inductance AL value. The effective value of magnetic conductivity of material is only as reference. Under test condition of frequency 10 kHz and AC peak flux density 10 Gauss(1mT), tolerance of AL value is 10%. The surfaces of E-shaped cores are treated with antirust material. We suggest the user to carefully store the untreated products to avoid moist and rain.

E core is provided with many characters as follow:

  • Low core loss and high saturation
  • High maximum flux density
  • Large energy storage capacity
  • Low cost, most economical for DC and low frequency applications

Application of E core

E core is widely used in the following typical applications: Power transformers, current transducers, instrument transformers, inductors, chokes, ballasts, voltage stabilizers and regulators, welding transformers, special transformers, etc.
